Will therapy be confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is an important part of the therapeutic process, and information shared in sessions is kept private in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
There are some limitations to confidentiality, including situations involving safety concerns, legal requirements, or when written consent is provided to release information.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation as an opportunity to briefly connect, answer questions, and determine whether our practice may feel like a good fit for your needs.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Soothing Spaces Counseling is in-network with several insurance providers. Please check out the Rates page for more information.

Do you offer in-person sessions?
At this time, Soothing Spaces Counseling is a fully virtual therapy practice offering secure online therapy throughout Pennsylvania.
As a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider (BC-TMH), I use HIPAA-compliant platforms and encrypted communication tools to help protect your privacy and confidentiality.
Do you work with children or adolescents?
At this time, Soothing Spaces Counseling primarily works with adults ages 18 and older.
Our practice specializes in supporting adults navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship stress, and chronic pressure. We also have a particular focus on working with neurodivergent adults, women, therapists, helping professionals, and caregivers seeking support for themselves.
