Hey there!

The “Why” Behind What I Do

Much of what drew me to this work has been shaped by both my clinical experience and my lived experience as a neurodivergent person. I understand what it can feel like to navigate overwhelm, self doubt, pressure, and the sense of trying to keep up in spaces that don’t always feel supportive or fully understood.

As an introverted and deeply reflective person, I also understand what it is like to overthink interactions, carry stress internally, and hold yourself to high expectations while appearing like everything is managed on the outside.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, deeply feeling individuals who often experience the same patterns—pushing through overwhelm, minimizing their needs, and carrying far more internally than others realize.

Because of this, I approach therapy in a way that feels human, collaborative, and grounded. Therapy should not feel performative or like another place where you have to “get it right.” Instead, it is a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and begin moving through life in a way that feels more sustainable and authentic.

My hope is that Soothing Spaces feels like a place of calm, understanding, and respect as you reconnect with what matters most to you.
